The following list is for your reference. Once you have completed an application in person, been accepted into the program, and a bed is available, pack the items listed below. Please DO NOT bring additional clothing that are not listed on this sheet. Thank you!

Items Not Allowed at HOM

Do not bring any of the following items with you when you move into the House of Metamorphosis. Your bags will be checked upon entering and any items violating this guideline will be either sent back or discarded.

Do not bring the following items:

Any beverages containing alcohol. Only bring alcohol-free mouthwash. You may bring your pre-shave splash, after shave, cologne and/or perfume in small quantities.

Any illegal substances including drugs and chemicals.

Make-up and jewelery. These items are not permissible in phase one (1) but you may use make up and wear jewelery starting with phase two (2).

All piercings must be removed prior to arrival, including (but not limited to) tongue, lip, nose, eye-brow, belly button, and ear piercings.

Any weapons, or items that can be used as weapons, such as guns, blades, knives, razors, needles, tools, etc.

Any medications, including over-the-counter, for which you do not have a prescription. (All medications you take must be prescribed by a physician and/or psychiatrist and you must have a 30 day supply with you upon entering the program).

Cell phones and other electronic items such as Ipods (including ear phones), boom boxes, CD-players, video game consoles and games, laptop computers, portable DVD players, cameras, etc.

Anything valuable and items you consider irreplaceable.
